Your home gets an assigned team of our own employees, trained by us and background checked, who return on the same rhythm every week, every other week, or once a month. They learn your home, your preferences, and the details that matter to you, and the quality stays consistent because the people stay consistent.
The math favors a schedule too. Per-visit pricing drops as frequency goes up, and a home that is cleaned regularly takes less work each time, so it stays at a higher standard for less money per visit than sporadic deep cleans.

How much does recurring house cleaning cost?

Will I always have the same cleaners?
Yes. An assigned team returns each visit. If someone on your team is out sick, the replacement works alongside your regular crew, not instead of the whole team.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Employees. We recruit, train, and manage our own team of twelve. Nobody cleaning your home found the job through a gig app.
What if something is not right after a visit?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right at no charge. That is our standard on every visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients are not. We agree on entry instructions once and follow them every visit, and the same team coming each time means you always know exactly who is in your home.
