Global Facility Service is a family-run cleaning company based on the South Shore of Massachusetts. We are not a franchise and we are not a booking app. We are 12 people who clean homes for a living and take that seriously.
The model is deliberately old-fashioned: we hire our own people, train them ourselves, background check every one of them, and send the same crew to the same homes. Clients know their cleaners by name. That is not a marketing line, it is the operating system of the company, because consistency is impossible with strangers.
We stay small on the map so we can be big on standards: six towns, tight routes, and an owner who still checks the work. If something is ever not right, you tell us and we fix it free within 24 hours. That policy costs us almost nothing, because we rarely need it.
